Ed’s practice concentrates on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, succession planning and counseling on matters relating to corporate, limited liability company, and partnership formation and governance.  Ed lives on Otisco Lake with his wife, Lanie.  He and Lanie have 5 boys and 15 grandchildren.  Ed enjoys golfing, skiing, billiards, tennis, lacrosse, football and baseball.
