Mackenzie Hughes has an opportunity in our trusts and estates department. The candidate will research various issues; collaborate with other attorneys about strategies; help manage estate and trust matters from inception through completion, including both basic and sophisticated planning documents; guardianships; elder law; Medicaid planning and advise clients on asset protection.
Candidates must have completed a J.D. program no later than May 2025 and be eligible to sit for the New York State bar exam after graduation, have excellent research and communication skills; be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment; demonstrate high level organizational skills for prioritizing workload; and demonstrate ability to absorb, process and understand new information rapidly.
