Bradley J. Moses joined Mackenzie Hughes in 2016 and is a member of the
firmís business department. His practice areas include business, alcoholic
beverage control law, public law & policy, regulatory compliance &
consulting, and real estate.
Brad is a 2001 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where he received a bachelor of science in commercial recreation. He then graduated from Syracuse University College of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2010. Brad was admitted to the New York State bar in 2011.
Prior to law school, Brad worked in various areas of state government, including five years at the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, where he gained expertise in state and federal laws associated with the alcohol industry. Before joining Mackenzie Hughes, Brad ran a successful private practice in Cazenovia focusing on alcoholic beverage control law, real estate and civil Litigation.
Brad is a member of the Madison County and New York State Bar Associations. He is also a board member at Cazenovia Country Club and a member of the Madison County Republican Committee. In his spare time, Brad likes to travel, golf, and spend time with his wife, Kate, and two daughters, Olivia and Emma.
